You can bank your timeshare week, fraction or points and then use them to upgrade or stay longer the following year. You could also lend your timeshare to a friend or family member.

I bought my Garza Blanca timeshare when we could only visit during the summer vacations and now I want to use it during the winter, which is high season.
Solution:
You can upgrade your membership so that you can include the seasons you wish to use.

Problem:
Members of my family want to go to a different parts of Mexico next year but my timeshare is in Puerto Vallarta.
Solution:
You could exchange your points for Garza Blanca Residence Club’s sister resort in Cancun, Villa del Palmar or exchange your timeshare through RCI for other destinations.

Problem:
I can’t get the reservation dates that I want for my timeshare unit.
Solution:
Always reserve in advance to ensure that you can book the dates you want. At least a year is advisable.
