Ceviche is made by using locally caught white fish, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. Then, the ceviche will be served on top of a tostada with lime squeezed on top. Shrimp aguachile is a delicious dish, and you can also try octopus ceviche (ceviche de pulpo). Octopus ceviche uses tender octopus, lime juice, onions, cilantro, and chiles. You can eat your aquachile with a warm tostada or tortilla chips.
